About Schickler Design
We are BCIN Certified Architectural Designers registered under subsection 3.2.4 of Division C of the 2012 Ontario Building Code (OBC).
We have over 34 years of experience in the design and production of complete and accurate architectural working drawings required to obtain the necessary building permits in Ontario.
The Difference Between a BCIN Designer and An Architect
A BCIN Designer is capable of producing architectural drawings and design for spaces up to 600 square meters (approximately 6458 square feet) that comply with Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code.
An Architect is necessary for residential structures that surpass 600 square meters in building area, include three or more dwelling units, dwelling units above other dwelling units, or exceed three stories in building height.
